As a member of the venture capital community, MUFG Innovation Partners Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called ‟MUIP”) value diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) based on our belief that DE&I is important for the sustainability of society and essential for corporate growth.

MUIP will pursue the following DE&I goals:
- Develop policies respecting DE&I and strategy for promoting DE&I
- Demonstrate leadership by embodying DE&I values and engaging in DE&I-informed communication
- Nurture a mentally safe and inclusive organizational culture
- Hire and develop a diverse workforce
- Be transparent regarding DE&I matters
- Systemically respond to unconscious bias
- 3.Eradication of harassment
Harassment is a human rights issue. We will not tolerate any harassment within our company or at any of our current or prospective portfolio companies.
MUIP will implement the following initiatives to eradicate harassment:
- Develop policies in line with our zero tolerance toward harassment or any form of discrimination
- Clear statement by management of its commitment to eradicating harassment
- Establish and operate a reporting and notification system that is fair and safe
- Provide education and training to eradicate harassment and discrimination
