MUIP is focusing on strengthening of connection with top-tier companies in Silicon Valley.Currently,as part of collaboration with Intel Capital,a vneture capital arm of the largest semiconductor manufacturer in the US, we carefully selected startups that are expected to have synergy with MUFG from among more than 1000 startups centered on Silicon Valley invested by Intel Capital. After that, we hold “Intel/MUFG/MUIP Demo Day” the chosen startups visited Tokyo and hold presentation to MUFG.
Mr. Kamezawa of MUFG talked about the efforts related to MUFG’s “Digital Transformation” and “Open Innovation”, a total of six startups introduced by Intel Capital hold a presentation about cutting-edge FinTech technology and services,for example, AI terminals not requiring internet connection,reliable cloud encryption technology,a system that automatically evaluates the security system of an organization.
